Job summary

Quest Recruitment is recruiting an Assistant Vice President – Investor Services Change & Transformation in Dublin. The role moves you away from day-to-day BAU into a dedicated change and operational improvement focus within Private Markets Investor Services.

This proactive role sits outside BAU with no routine processing responsibilities. You will review processes, design improvements and work with cross-functional teams to enhance controls, scalability and turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Markets Investor Services, Transfer Agency or Fund Administration.
• Knowledge of alternative investment structures and investor servicing.
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and design improvements.
• Experience with automation of manual processes and collaboration with technology teams.
• Formal change, Lean, Six Sigma or project management qualifications welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Review Investor Services processes and identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate.
• Identify manual workarounds, control weaknesses and operational risks.
• Work with Operations, Technology, AML and other stakeholders to develop practical solutions.
• Help implement workflow, system and process improvements.
• Strengthen controls and improve scalability, accuracy and turnaround times.
• Use data and MI to identify issues and measure the impact of changes.
• Support the implementation and embedding of new processes across the business.
• This is a proactive improvement role outside BAU, not day-to-day QA.
