Job summary

Broadridge in Dublin seeks a VP, Strategy & Business Management to lead sales development and new-business growth across commercial lending and banking sectors. You will build pipelines, nurture senior client relationships, and translate market opportunities into durable partnerships.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape growth strategies, align commercial and product priorities, coach senior teams, and drive revenue through strategic client engagements across geographies.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in banking or B2B tech serving the banking sector.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and building sales pipelines.
• Strategic thinker with ability to turn opportunities into action.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with banks and target clients.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline from initial engagement through to sale.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across commercial lending, collateral management, risk and operations.
• Partner with the General Manager to shape growth strategy and drive the sales agenda.
• Support proposition development, pricing, and deal structuring to win new business.
