Job summary

Elevate Partners in Ireland seeks a Vice President to oversee investment opportunities from assessment to execution, and to contribute to portfolio management. You will lead transactions, liaise with external advisers, and present recommendations to senior investment professionals.

The role also involves working with management teams on performance and strategic initiatives, while mentoring junior team members and building relationships with market participants.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in principal investment, private equity or investment banking.
• Direct investment experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead transactions and manage due diligence.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and execution of investment opportunities.
• Manage transactions from evaluation through due diligence, structuring, financing, negotiation and completion.
• Develop investment recommendations backed by financial analysis and scenarios.
• Coordinate external advisers and manage key transaction workstreams.
• Present recommendations to senior investment professionals.
• Work with management teams on business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Build relationships with advisers and market participants.
• Mentor and support junior members of the investment team.
