Job summary

Sidetrade in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a driven BPO leader to run our Order-to-Cash operations on the same AI platform we sell. You will lead a team of collections specialists and analysts, embedding Aimie and automation to deliver best-in-class service and stronger margins.

Reporting to the Chief Customer Experience Officer, you will set strategy, manage budgets, and partner with Product and other stakeholders to continuously improve outcomes. Fluent in French and English required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service operation or BPO with team development and delivery of results.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to set strategic direction and translate it into operational plans.
• Comfort with technology and AI-driven platforms in a software environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Dublin-based team of collections specialists and analysts.
• Set BPO strategy aligned with O2C Intelligence 2030 and Customer Experience.
• Ensure operations meet service levels, compliance, and client confidence.
• Embed Aimie AI and automation into workflows to improve value and margins.
• Manage budget, cost-effectiveness, and profitability while protecting quality.
