Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an experienced OTC lead to scale EMEA order management, billing and AR operations. You will own the end-to-end order-to-invoice lifecycle for your portfolio and drive process improvements, governance, and automation in a hybrid Dublin setting.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflow improvements, cross-functional partnerships, and scalable operating models to ensure accuracy, compliance and customer experience at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash foundation across order-to-invoice.
• Experience in complex, high-growth environments with SaaS/billing models.
• Fluent with data and systems across CPQ, ERP, billing and reporting.
• BPO/offshore operating experience with SOPs and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OTC execution from order intake through cash application.
• Operate AR collections, credit, and cash application workflows.
• Govern offshore BPO execution with queue reviews and SLAs.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve blockers and improve handoffs.
• Build scalable SOPs, playbooks, dashboards, and operating cadences.
• Identify and drive automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
