Usedirect Ireland is seeking an ambitious Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team across multiple brands and to drive commercial results. The role focuses on strategic leadership, brand growth, and delivering a seamless customer experience within a growing multi-brand group.

You will collaborate with Sales Executives and dealership teams to develop capability and implement performance improvements, while aligning with the group’s Cadillac launch and expansion plans.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the used car sales team to achieve volume, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Managing stock acquisition, pricing, and presentation to maximise profitability.
• Supporting the development and rollout of emerging brands within the group.
• Coaching and developing Sales Executives to strengthen capability and performance.
• Overseeing customer interactions across email, telephone, and in-person channels.
• Ensuring a smooth and compliant sales process, including documentation and handover standards.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider leadership team to deliver strategic objectives.
