Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for a Used Car Sales Executive at a brand-new Used Car Supermarket in Dublin. You will welcome customers, guide them through the purchase, and arrange demonstrations and test drives.

The role includes presenting finance/insurance options and building strong customer relationships to hit sales targets. A full Irish or EU driving licence is required and the successful candidate will join a growing team.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not essential.
• Proven track record in a retail, sales, or customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles.
• Arranging and conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Presenting finance, insurance, and additional product options.
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service.

• Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
