Job summary

Stripe Ireland is seeking an Account Executive for the UK SMB Hunter team to win net-new SMB business. You will own a portfolio, drive outbound prospecting, and close new logos while partnering with an SDR to build pipeline and self-source opportunities.

You will run high-velocity, consultative sales cycles, helping prospects understand Stripe's value and guiding them from discovery through close and activation.

• Experience managing outbound sales motions and building pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for net-new SMB prospects from discovery to activation.
• Build and execute outbound strategies across a named account set.
• Partner with SDRs to identify target accounts and generate qualified pipeline.
• Lead consultative conversations with founders and stakeholders across payments, finance, product, and engineering.
• Understand customer needs and position Stripe solutions to meet objectives.
