Job summary

Respond is seeking a Relief Contact Worker to support Homeless Services Dublin on a flexible schedule, covering nights and days. The role is on-site at multiple Dublin locations, reporting to the Service Manager and requires an apprenticeship at Level 6 or higher and experience in social care.

You will use PASS and MS Office to maintain records and deliver trauma-informed support to families in a housing-led service.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a social care setting.
• Apprenticeship – Level 6 minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed support to service users and families.
• Attend and participate in team meetings.
• Work from a housing-led approach and support colleagues to do the same.
• Maintain professional records and update PASS and other databases.
• Ensure safety and high standards in the living environment.
• Complete written records and reports as appropriate.
