Job summary

Respond Housing Association is seeking a Contact Worker in Limerick to support homeless families at Homeless Services Limerick Suaimhneas Family Hub. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, housing-led support and requires a Level 6 apprenticeship and one year of social care experience.

You will maintain PASS records, liaise with the Service Manager, and join team meetings with flexibility for evenings and weekends in a 24-hour setting. Garda Vetting will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a social care setting.
• Completion of apprenticeship - Level 6 minimum.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of support and interventions to service users with trauma-informed practices.
• Attend and participate in team meetings.
• Work from a housing-led approach and support the team.
• Maintain professional records including PASS and other project documentation.
• Ensure a safe and healthy living environment and report incidents.
