Job summary

Respond is seeking a Contact Worker for the Homeless Services Limerick Suaimhneas Family Hub. The role focuses on trauma-informed support for families, operating across a 32-hour week with duties in documentation and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have an Apprenticeship Level 6, strong IT skills, and experience with PASS or similar systems, plus flexibility to cover evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship – Level 6 minimum completed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with PASS or similar databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed support and interventions to service users.
• Attend and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain professional records and update PASS.
• Ensure safe living environment and respond to incidents.
