Job summary

Qualifications

• One year experience in a social care setting.
• Position requires completion of apprenticeship – Level 6 minimum.
• Garda Vetting will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of support and interventions to service users with trauma-informed approaches.
• Attend and participate in team meetings.
• Work from a housing-led approach and support team members to do the same.
• Maintain professional records including updating the PASS system.
• Ensure a safe and healthy living environment and respond to safety incidents as appropriate.
• Adhere to professional boundaries and participate in continuous professional development.
