Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed support to service users and families.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and maintain records.
• Work within a housing-led approach and support PASS entry.
• Keep accurate written records and update PASS accordingly.
• Ensure a safe, compliant living environment and professional boundaries.
• Respond to safety incidents following procedures and complete reports.
