Job summary

PE Global (UK) is looking for a Deputy Manager in Carlow to lead residential children’s services. This permanent full-time role offers a salary between €45,000 and €50,000 alongside opportunities for professional development and a collaborative culture.

The successful candidate will guide service delivery, mentor staff, and shape service development while ensuring compliance with regulations. Applicants must hold Level 7 or Level 8 Social Care qualification and have a proven ability to lead teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 7 or higher qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
• Clean manual driving licence is required.
• Experience in leading teams and working in children’s services is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of the residential children’s services to ensure high-quality care.
• Oversee service delivery and develop supportive staff relationships.
• Work collaboratively with the regional management team.
