Depaul is seeking a Night Deputy Manager for Waterford Manor House on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role supports central services and reports to a Project Group Manager, overseeing day-to-day service delivery for the project’s client group.

The ideal candidate has 2 years’ homelessness/social care experience, a Social Studies/Case Management accreditation, and the ability to lead and develop a team in a harm-reduction setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in homelessness/social care or direct client support
• Knowledge of harm reduction practices
• Ability to lead a team and manage staff performance

Responsabilités

• Support the Manager in day-to-day project management and service delivery
• Supervise staff, provide ongoing training and performance assessments
• Oversee service user processes including referrals, resettlement and key working
• Manage staff rota and ensure adequate cover for the project
• Ensure health and safety policies are implemented and followed
• Contribute to project budgeting and payroll processes
