Job summary

Depaul in Dublin is seeking an Intensive Case Manager to provide dedicated support to service users using a case management approach. The role runs 35 hours per week, with a salary range of €36,000–€40,000 per year, and is based at Depaul, 18 Nicholas Street, D08 VCP7.

You will advocate for access to wraparound services, coordinate with partners, assess new service users and manage a caseload while delivering on organisational protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in the homeless sector or related field.
• Experience coordinating support plans for service users with complex needs.
• Understanding of Housing First principles and related impacts.
• Experience collaborating with voluntary and statutory agencies.
• Experience with team meetings, training, supervision and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for service users and ensure access to wraparound services.
• Advocate for and empower service users to access needed support services.
• Manage an assigned service user caseload and monitor housing sustainment.
• Deliver on DRHE Case and Case Management Protocols and assess new service users.
• Attend mandatory training, supervision, and participate in on-call rota.
