Job summary

DePaul is seeking a Night Deputy Manager for Waterford Manor House on a fixed-term contract (6 months) with a 35-hour week across a 7-day rota. The role reports to a Project Group Manager and focuses on day-to-day local management, upholding harm reduction principles, and delivering high-quality care.

You will lead staff, supervise performance, manage service delivery and rostering, ensure health and safety, and contribute to fundraising and communications.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in homelessness/social care.
• Social Studies / Case Management Accredited Qualification.
• Experience in low threshold, harm reduction services desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in the efficient, effective management of the project within harm reduction principles.
• Provide staff supervision, training and performance management.
• Manage service user processes (referral, resettlement, etc.) and staff rostering.
• Ensure policies and procedures are established, communicated and followed.
• Oversee building maintenance, health and safety standards, and data management.
