Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• 5+ years in Business/Operational Excellence or Transformation in a complex, matrixed setting.
• Experience in a regulated GxP environment (pharma/biotech/medical devices) with compliance knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is desirable.
• Proven track record in project management, change management and organisational transformation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Power BI and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to coach and mentor colleagues to sustain improvements.
