Job summary

ACCPRO is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead in a hybrid manufacturing environment to drive continuous improvement, embed a high‑performance culture, and deliver measurable efficiency gains across functions.

You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, coach and develop teams in CI tools, and influence stakeholders at all levels, translating strategic objectives into tangible performance improvements.

Operational Excellence Lead | Manufacturing | Hybrid

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement initiatives and embed a high-performance culture across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Industry Business Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in developing Operational Excellence capabilities, leading cross-functional improvement projects, and driving measurable gains in efficiency, performance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion and embed Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methodologies across all business functions.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and improvement projects to deliver measurable business impact.
• Coach, mentor and develop teams in CI tools, problem‑solving techniques, and performance management.
• Drive organisational change and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Lead benchmarking, maturity assessments, process confirmation activities, and strategic improvement programmes.
• Build a sustainable culture of continuous improvement through training, communication, and hands-on leadership.

About You

• Proven experience in an Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Excellence or Lean leadership role.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified.
• Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or production environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong project management, change management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food production, or other regulated manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
