Qualifications

• Proven track record in continuous improvement, lean/six sigma methodologies and tools.
• Skilled coach and facilitator of cross‑functional teams.
• Change management experience with stakeholder engagement.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities for ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Embed and evolve the Industry Business Excellence system across all levels to drive daily improvement and 6-D performance.
• Build OPEX competencies through structured programs and on‑the‑job learning.
• Coach and mentor in Operational Excellence methodologies and promote a continuous improvement mindset.
• Identify and drive OPEX initiatives to deliver bottom-line and top-line impact through improvement projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority to move stakeholders.
