Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Ireland is seeking an Operations Excellence Lead to drive Lean transformation across our Irish manufacturing sites. You will partner with senior leadership to reduce costs, improve quality, and boost delivery performance through Kaizen and World-Class standards.

You are a proven change agent with 7–10 years in manufacturing engineering or quality, including 3–5 years in a supervisory role, capable of leading large-scale initiatives in a regulated environment and developing

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive manufacturing, quality, or development engineering experience
• 3–5 years of supervisory/management experience
• Experience with manufacturing technologies in a regulated environment
• Proven ability to lead large-scale change initiatives with Lean/Six Sigma
• Proven lean implementation to improve performance

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean transformation and cost-reduction initiatives across Irish manufacturing sites
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and Kaizen across all shifts
• Partner with senior leadership to drive World-Class & Shingo standards
• Develop future leaders and high-performing teams
• Collaborate with PMO and ensure alignment to annual goals
