Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Dublin to lead Lean Six Sigma and customer transformation initiatives. You will drive process improvements, deliver data-driven insights, and collaborate across operations to achieve measurable performance gains.

Responsibilities include applying DMAIC, SPC, and data analytics to decompose processes, map value streams, and design AI-enabled future-state processes across regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Experience delivering multiple Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Proven delivery of Lean transformations in regulated environments.
• Strong interpersonal and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technologists, data engineers and AI specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma DMAIC reviews across client projects.
• Decompose end-to-end processes with defined inputs/outputs and hand-offs.
• Produce Value Stream Maps (As-Is and To-Be) with metrics.
• Identify and quantify waste using the 8 Wastes framework.
• Support phased transformation roadmaps and AI-ready process design.
