Job summary

Tandem Project Management Ltd. in West Dublin seeks an OpEx Specialist (GMP) to lead strategic projects, drive end-to-end process transformation and embed Lean leadership. You will champion digital innovation and global standards, enabling productivity, scalability and resilience across the organisation.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in strategy/business excellence within a matrixed environment, strongly with Lean Six Sigma and Power BI expertise to inform decisions and optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business or related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years delivering strategy and business excellence systems in a complex, matrixed organisation (GxP preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or PMP, Change Management or Strategic Management certifications desirable.
• Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain efficiency initiatives to optimise resource allocation and minimise waste.
• Embed continuous improvement and Lean methodologies to improve performance.
• Develop and adapt standardised work processes for consistency and quality.
• Conduct value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Support deployment of Lean and Six Sigma to improve product and process quality.
• Develop performance metrics and use data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
