You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, standardize work, and embed digital tools to enhance value delivery. The role requires strong project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for operational excellence and patient impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Desirable certifications include Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), PMP, Change Management, or Strategic Management, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence.

• Develop and implement global standards for operational processes across the organization.
