Job summary

Pontoon is seeking a Technical Co-ordinator to join the Dealing Team within Transfer Agency in Dublin. The role focuses on high-touch client service across a diverse client base and maintaining compliance with data protection standards.

You will support the Team Leader, monitor processing quality for the India TA Dealing team, handle client reporting, and mentor junior staff while ensuring regulatory adherence. The temporary position runs until 31 December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support Team Leader in daily operations and cover in their absence.
• Monitor processing quality and timeliness of the India TA Dealing team.
• Escalate unresolved queries from juniors and the India team.
• Manage day-to-day client reporting (prediction, cash, register).
• Analyze and manage workflow queues.
• Own assigned clients and ensure activities meet timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and data-protection compliant checklists.
• Collaborate with other TA areas and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Mentor junior staff as subject matter expert.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.
