Job summary

Pontoon Solutions is seeking a Technical Co-ordinator for the Dealing Team within Transfer Agency in Dublin. The role focuses on high-touch client service for a diverse client base, with emphasis on accuracy and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will support the Team Leader, monitor the India TA Dealing team, and mentor junior staff while ensuring policy compliance and strong risk controls. This is a temporary position until 31 December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Team support: assist the Team Leader in daily operations.
• Oversight: monitor processing quality and timeliness of the India TA Dealing team.
• Issue resolution: act as escalation point for unresolved queries from junior team members and the India team.
• Client reporting: manage day-to-day reporting, including prediction, cash, and register reports.
• Workflow management: analyse and manage workflow queues effectively.
• Client ownership: take responsibility for assigned clients, ensuring all activities align with agreed timelines.
• Documentation: maintain up-to-date procedures and checklists while ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
• Collaboration: foster strong relationships with other TA functional areas and provide input for operational efficiency improvements.
• Mentorship: serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior staff.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.
