Job summary

Expleo Ireland is seeking a Project Manager - Technical Readiness Lead (Transfer Agency) to coordinate technology, environment, configuration and testing for client onboarding.

You will bridge client requirements with business readiness, operations, change management and technical teams to ensure readiness for launch or conversion, including UAT, model office and fund setup.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management and strong documentation to enable a smooth transition and go-live.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Transfer Agency operations or onboarding within regulated financial services.
• Delivery of complex client onboarding/projects in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Transfer Agency operating models and fund setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical readiness planning across onboarding, environment setup and system dependency management.
• Coordinate due diligence and requirements gathering for client interfaces and technical impacts.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and solutions.
• Oversee readiness for application setup, fund/configuration, and reporting mappings.
• Ensure test plans, walkthroughs and readiness actions are completed.
• Provide governance updates and progress reporting to stakeholders.
