Job summary

Matrix Recruitment Group in Dublin City Centre is seeking a technically proficient Co-ordinator to support a busy Transfer Agency team. The role is hybrid and contract-based until December 2026 with potential extension.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, client reporting and be a go-to escalation point for complex issues. This is an opportunity to develop client relationships while contributing to project work and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Transfer Agency.
• Strong PC skills with MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leader with daily team tasks and deputise if needed.
• Oversee processing quality and timeliness, including coordination with offshore teams.
• Manage client reporting and ensure the timely delivery of reports.
• Take ownership for assigned clients’ activities within the team.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and carry out data protection checks.
• Act as a key contact for queries and unresolved issues.
• Mentor team members and provide subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate with other internal departments and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
