Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Dublin seeks a Transfer Agency Service Delivery Associate to support day-to-day TA operations and client service for regulated investment products (UCITS, Money Market Funds, ETFs).

The role collaborates with Relationship Management, Fund Accounting, Governance, Compliance, Risk, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service with strong control discipline. The role focuses on end-to-end service delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement, including

Qualifications

Experience in Transfer Agency / Fund Administration / Securities Services operations.
Understanding of Money Market Funds, UCITS, ETF structures and Transfer Agency lifecycle processes (dealing, recordkeeping, distributions, retrocessions, investor servicing).
Experience managing complex operations, leading teams, and delivering against client SLAs.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines, and comfort managing high-volume processing with accuracy.
Proven client-service mindset with clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Serve as a client-facing SME for the transfer agency operating model and related utilities on behalf of the client.
End-to-end transfer agency service delivery across all functions with governance of the operating model.
Ensure deliveries are maintained in line with agreed service levels.
Oversee investor dealing processing, cut-offs, documentation and validations.
