J.P. Morgan is seeking a Client Service Manager – VP in Dublin to manage a portfolio of asset manager clients across Global Custody, Depository, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency and ALTS products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in financial services servicing institutional clients.
• 3+ years of direct people management.
• Strong knowledge of Global Custody, Traditional, Hedge, Private Fund Services and ALTS.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee client portfolios and ensure exceptional service and proactive expectation management.
• Lead client meetings and communicate product and system enhancements.
• Establish governance processes and monitor service levels using KPIs and RAG ratings.
• Drive reduction of billing errors and ensure accurate, timely fee billing.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and foster teamwork.
