KPMG Transaction Services is the leading firm in Ireland in assisting clients with financial, tax and commercial due diligence, pre‑ and post‑deal evaluation, sell‑side assistance, financing and refinancing, contractual discussions and integration. We support capital markets transactions including initial public offerings, class 1 transactions, reverse takeovers and fundraisings, working on engagements ranging from several weeks to several months with corporates, banks, financial institutions, private equity and investment funds.
