KPMG Transactions Services is the leading firm in Ireland assisting clients in areas including financial, tax and commercial due diligence, pre and post‑deal evaluation, sell‑side assistance, financing and refinancing assistance, contractual discussions and integration. We assist our clients with capital markets transactions including initial public offerings, class 1 transactions, reverse takeovers and fundraisings.
We work on project‑type engagements lasting from several weeks to several months, working extensively with significant corporates, domestic and international banks, other financial institutions, private equity and other investment funds, giving team members the widest exposure to acquisition and financing related activity.
