Job summary

Elevate Partners is seeking a Transaction Services Senior Associate/Assistant Manager to join their Dublin team. You will work on buy-side and sell-side transactions, analyse financial information, and support leadership through due diligence and deal execution.

The role requires ACA/ACCA or equivalent and 3-5+ years in TS, FDD, Audit or Corporate Finance, with strong analytical skills and client-facing capabilities.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with 3-5+ years in Transaction Services, FDD, Audit or Corporate Finance or related advisory environment
• Financial due diligence experience advantageous but not essential
• Excellent analytical and financial statement review skills with strong attention to detail
• Commercially curious with an interest in M&A, private equity and transaction advisory work
• Experience within a Big 4, mid-tier practice or advisory environment would be beneficial but not prerequisites

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial information to identify key earnings drivers, working capital trends, risks and value creation opportunities.
• Work closely with clients, management teams and other advisors throughout the deal process.
• Conduct financial analysis and data interrogation to provide meaningful insights for investment and acquisition decisions.
• Develop strong client relationships through effective communication and commercial approach.
• Contribute to management of deal work streams and ensure delivery against deadlines.

The role offers the opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and support the delivery of buy-side and sell-side transactions.
