Job summary

KPMG Ireland is seeking a Transaction Services Manager/Associate Director in Dublin to lead financial analysis, deliver projects, and present findings to clients within a busy deal advisory environment. Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of work experience.
• Experience in M&A/due diligence transactions.
• Strong interest in deal advisory and M&A activity.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, drive and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Client facing interaction with senior decision‑making executives on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Lead delivery of projects, including financial analysis and report writing
• Presentation of findings and recommendations to clients
• Managing and developing junior colleagues
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery and practice
