Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in a sales role within business or utilities sectors.
• Proficient IT skills; comfortable with Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work from a home environment with reliable broadband.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined geographic territory selling directly to SME and SOHO customers.
• Maximise opportunities between home and field selling to meet targets.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
• Develop and tightly manage your customer pipeline.
• Generate referrals daily for face-to-face presentations to decision-makers.
• Update CRM daily to keep information accurate.
• Maintain highest compliance levels as set by the company.
• Complete applications accurately on behalf of customers.
• Keep knowledge of Vodafone portfolio and telecoms market up to date.
• Provide competitor feedback and industry insights.
• Represent CPM and Vodafone professionally.
• Sell solutions delivering value to customers and Vodafone.
• Ensure all activities comply with training on internal and external guidelines.
• Undertake other duties as instructed by the line manager.
