Territory Manager - Consumables | Hospitals Territory - top half of Ireland (including Northern Ireland). Ideal candidate location would be Dublin or surrounding areas, but open to a location within the Republic of Ireland that allows coverage of the territory.
I'm currently partnering with a well-established, growth-focused MedTech company to recruit a Territory Manager responsible for driving sales across a market-leading portfolio of surgical and theatre consumables. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a successful territory, working closely with hospital stakeholders to deliver high-quality clinical solutions that support better patient outcomes.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing and growing sales across both public and private hospital accounts, focusing on retaining existing business while identifying and securing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across existing hospital customers while developing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement teams, clinicians, theatre staff, and hospital management
- Deliver product training and in-service education to support product adoption and best practice
- Develop and implement strategic account plans
- Manage territory planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales activity
- Increase product utilisation and compliance within key accounts
Please note: This role does not require theatre case coverage.
What They're Looking For
- Essential Minimum 3 years' sales experience within medical devices, healthcare, or a related sector
- Alternatively, a strong clinical background with relevant hospital experience
- Experience selling into or working within hospital environments
- Full driver's licence
- Desirable Experience in consumables, infection prevention, or theatre-related consumables
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence key decision-makers
- Experience delivering product training and clinical support
