Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of surgical and theatre consumables across hospitals in Ireland, with coverage of public and private sectors. Based in Dublin or surrounding areas, you will own the territory and collaborate with procurement, clinicians, and theatre staff to deliver clinical solutions that improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes autonomy, relationship-building with hospital accounts, and a strong bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong clinical background with hospital experience preferred.
• Experience selling into hospital environments and procurement teams.
• Full valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across existing hospital customers and develop new opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement, clinicians, theatre staff, and hospital management.
• Deliver product training and clinical support to drive adoption.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans and territory forecasts.
• Manage territory planning, pipeline development, and sales activity.
