Job summary

CPM International in Ireland seeks a Territory Sales Developer to drive nationwide sales in Dunnes stores, maximise orders, and activate core SKUs across assigned stores.

The role blends sales, merchandising and field activation, requiring nights, a full clean driving licence, and strong interpersonal skills to meet targets and report daily data.

A company vehicle, fuel card, and daily lunch allowance complement a 10% performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence required.
• Experience selling into Dunnes stores essential.
• FMCG sector knowledge with SuperValu & Convenience channels understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide Nationwide sales cover in Dunnes to the core sales team.
• Increase business and maximise sales.
• Adhere to a defined retail call file and journey plan.
• Deliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets.
• Increase distribution and availability within store of core range.
• Record all data accurately and submit daily.
• Sell in and build activations in line with company targets.
• Merchandising off sales.
• Understand and identify the needs of the customer.
• Communicate effectively with store management and line managers.
• Provide feedback at regular intervals through verbal and spreadsheet reports.
• Maintain CPM and Client standards at all times.
• Attend weekly team conference calls and monthly meetings.
• Generate new ideas and ways of working.
