Job summary

Gilligan Black Recruitment in Dublin is recruiting a Senior HRBP for a busy, public sector–related transformation programme. You will report to the CPO and mentor line managers, leading engagement, performance, recruitment and policy initiatives across business units.

We are seeking an HRBP with no less than five years at the role, unionised environment experience, and immediate availability. A dynamic, collaborative culture and strong IR/ER skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• No less than 5 years at HRBP level.
• Experience in unionised environments with excellent IR/ER track record.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

Dublin City - Hybrid (3 days/week in Office)

This is a very busy time to join this well known public sector related organisation as they have embarked on a transformation programme to deliver the operational and commercial goals and build a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, support and excellent performance. Now they need cover as one of their Senior HRBP's will be on extended leave.

You will report to the CPO and work with your HR team to support and mentor line managers to deliver day to day advice. Getting involved in projects, and initiatives to drive the culture, partnering with business units and developing key relationships, implement new processes and update policies that align with best practice initiatives. You will drive employee Engagement, performance management, Recruitment, Learning, Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, succession planning as well as several other projects. This is very much a jump straight in role, so requires someone with no less than 5 years already at the HRBP level.

The company is unionised therefore applications are most welcome from HRBP's who have worked in unionised environments with excellent track in IR and ER. You must be immediately available.
