Job summary

HR Search is partnering with a leading international organisation to appoint an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its HR team. You will partner with senior leaders, providing strategic and pragmatic HR advice across a broad range of people matters.

Reporting to the People Director, you will work across Ireland and the UK, leading ER cases, workforce planning, talent development and organisational change while balancing strategic thinking with practical HR expertise.

Qualifications

• Significant HRBP experience in large or multi-site orgs.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Confident in challenging stakeholders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design people strategies aligned to business goals.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as trusted HR advisor.
• Provide guidance across ER, performance, engagement and change.
• Lead complex ER cases, investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Coach managers and senior stakeholders; influence decisions.
• Support workforce planning, succession, and talent development.
• Use HR data to support decisions and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Reward, HR Operations and L&D on initiatives.
• Contribute to wider HR projects and organisational change.

We are partnering with a leading international organisation to appoint an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its established HR team.

This is a senior HRBP role within a complex organisation of approximately 2,500 employees.

Reporting to the People Director, you will partner closely with senior business leaders, providing strategic and pragmatic HR advice across a broad range of people matters.

Within the role you will:

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted HR advisor
• Provide robust advice across employee relations, performance, engagement and organisational change
• Lead complex ER cases, investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes
• Coach and challenge managers and senior stakeholders where appropriate
• Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and organisational development
• Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work collaboratively across Recruitment, Reward, HR Operations and L&D
• Contribute to wider HR projects and organisational change initiatives

We are looking for an experienced HRBP who is confident operating at senior stakeholder level and can balance strategic thinking with strong practical HR expertise.

You will ideally have:

• Significant HR business partnering experience within a large, complex or multi-site organisation
• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
• A proven ability to build credibility and effective relationships with senior stakeholders
• Confidence dealing with challenging stakeholders and the ability to challenge when required
• Experience across organisational change, talent management and workforce planning
• Strong influencing, communication and problem-solving skills
• A relevant degree in HR, Business or a related discipline
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
