Dublin | Up to €70,000 + Benefits | Permanent | Hybrid
I'm exclusively partnering with a growing international business within the critical infrastructure sector to recruit a HR Manager into a newly created role within its Dublin HQ based in Dublin ciety centre.
Operating across Ireland, the UK, Europe and the US, this is a fast-growing, modern business working within an exciting and evolving industry.
This is a newly created role offering real ownership, visibility and the opportunity to make your mark within a growing international business.
Reporting to the CPO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you'll become the go-to person for HR across employees in Ireland and the UK.
It's a broad, hands-on role covering:
They're looking for someone with 5+ years' broad HR generalist/management experience, strong ER capability and a good working knowledge of both Irish and UK employment law.
But personality and cultural fit will be just as important.
This is not an overly corporate environment. They're looking for someone bubbly, easy-going and approachable, with a can-do attitude and plenty of personality. Someone comfortable being themselves, but equally someone who will take ownership and get things done.
Up to €70,000 plus 25 days' annual leave increasing to 30 with service, two additional company days pension and onsite gym.
The role will be onsite initially, moving to 3 days in the office / 2 days remote once established, with some flexibility around start and finish times.
It's a cool, modern working environment, with the likes of pool and ping-pong tables, and a culture where individuality is genuinely encouraged.
If you're a strong HR generalist who can handle the serious side of HR without taking yourself too seriously, I'd love to hear from you.
