HR Business Partner | Dublin | Construction / Project Environment

We’re currently recruiting for an exciting HR Business Partner opportunity with a growing international business operating across Ireland, the UK and Europe.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused HR role that would suit an experienced HR Generalist looking to take the next step into an HRBP position.
You’ll act as the key HR contact for an assigned region, partnering closely with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. The role offers excellent exposure to employee relations, recruitment, performance management, talent, organisational change and HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers on a broad range of HR and employee-related matters.
- Provide practical advice on employee relations, performance, absence, conduct and capability.
- Manage and support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support effective workforce planning.
- Support performance reviews, talent management, development and succession planning.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including promotions, changes, transfers and exits.
- Support managers through organisational change and restructuring.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee data using HR systems.
- Produce HR reports and analyse people metrics to support decision-making.
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with employment legislation and company policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a Generalist HR role.
- Strong experience supporting managers across a range of employee relations matters.
- Experience managing recruitment, onboarding and wider employee lifecycle processes.
- Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site or operational environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A practical, commercially minded approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing or another project-based environment.
- International or multi-jurisdictional HR experience.
- Experience with BambooHR or a similar HRIS.
- Exposure to Ireland, UK or wider European workforces.
- Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline.
