You’ll bring sound judgement and practical HR operations insight, acting as a key escalation point for complex or sensitive matters. Working closely with colleagues across HR, you’ll contribute to cross‑functional initiatives and help strengthen our people governance framework.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days required onsite in Dublin City Centre.

What you will do
  • Provide specialist support to managers across a broad range of Employee Relations matters, ensuring fair, timely and consistent case management in line with Irish employment legislation.
  • Lead and manage ER cases including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, absence and capability issues, maintaining accurate documentation throughout.
  • Support the Head of HR in Industrial Relations activity, including preparing for union meetings, managing day‑to‑day IR queries and helping to identify emerging risks or trends.
  • Strengthen people governance by supporting internal and external audits, ensuring HR controls, systems and documentation are robust and audit‑ready.
  • Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex HR operational queries, providing sound judgement and insight while supporting colleagues across HR Operations.
  • Partner with cross‑functional HR teams to deliver people initiatives and continuous improvements that enhance processes and the overall employee experience.
What we are looking for

  • Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and its application in real‑world ER scenarios.
  • Experience supporting audits, governance requirements and compliance activities, ideally in a regulated setting.
  • Exposure to HR operations or a shared services environment, with the ability to apply sound judgement to nuanced queries.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, calmly and professionally at all levels.
