Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking a Telemetry Maintenance Services Manager to lead the Telemetry Maintenance Services team within the Field Instrumentation Services group. You will oversee the National Telemetry System, hardware/software maintenance, and ensure high reliability across the estate.

You will manage a skilled technical team across regions, drive preventive maintenance programmes, liaise with OT and ICC teams, and report on KPIs and governance aligned with Cyber Security requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or accreditation desirable.
• 7+ years in telemetry, SCADA or utility environments.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and maintenance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and improve telemetry maintenance standards and procedures.
• Lead a team delivering preventive maintenance across a wide estate.
• Manage lifecycle, firmware/software/hardware for outstations.
• Coordinate with OT, ICC and design teams on deployments and issues.
• Provide KPI reporting and governance for telemetry systems.
