Job summary

Tyndall National Institute in Cork invites applications for a Maintenance Lead to direct and coordinate all technical and maintenance activities across our III-V, MEMS and Silicon Fabrication facilities.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive preventive maintenance, calibrations and downtime recovery, and manage key vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure safe, cost-effective operations in a high-tech semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage PMs, calibrations and maintenance downtime recovery.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate maintenance activities across III-V, MEMS and Silicon Fabrication Cleanrooms and Sub Fabs.
• Lead the on-site Equipment Maintenance Group and ensure safety and cost-efficiency.
• Establish effective team structures and streamlined workflows.
