Job summary

Indra is seeking an ICT Manager to lead day-to-day ICT service delivery for the NGT Managed Service in Ireland. You will oversee infrastructure, networks, cloud and related ICT operations, ensuring resilience, security alignment and contractual commitments.

You will coordinate with Service Delivery, Security, Applications and third-party suppliers, driving incident response, capacity planning and governance to sustain high availability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading ICT service management and IT operations.
• Experience operating in 24x7 mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to manage outsourced IT services and third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and governance of ICT services.
• Act as primary ICT point of contact for the client on technology-service matters.
• Coordinate ICT resources across infrastructure, networks, cloud and production tech services.
• Manage relationships with cybersecurity, applications and external suppliers.
• Ensure SLA/KPI performance with corrective actions where needed.
• Prepare ICT service reports, dashboards and governance updates.
• Provide ICT leadership during Major Incidents and coordinate crisis response.
• Oversee Change, Release and Transition management activities.
• Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery and resilience capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement across ICT service quality and performance.
