Job summary

Uisce Éireann seeks a Security Systems Manager to lead the management of security assets and systems across offices, depots and treatment sites. You will drive standardisation, governance and compliant operations while coordinating with regional teams and external suppliers.

The role requires strong experience in security engineering, team leadership and delivering complex security projects within a regulated utility environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a maintenance management, security systems, technical operations or similar management role.
• Experience at managing a team and delivering security projects.
• Full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage security equipment and systems nationally in offices, depots and plants.
• Develop integrated security solutions for central and regional monitoring.
• Establish governance for security systems, standards, audits and compliance.
• Ensure sites are monitored with escalation and response procedures.
• Procure security frameworks and manage SLAs for maintenance.
