Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking a Telemetry Maintenance Services Manager to lead the Telemetry Maintenance Services team, ensuring high standards of telemetry provision and governance for the National Telemetry System. The role oversees firmware, software and hardware lifecycle management, and drives cyber security compliance across telemetry operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Telemetry, SCADA and control systems essential.
• Maintenance and support of telemetry systems in an operational environment.
• Experience with water utility telemetry systems and alarm management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain telemetry maintenance standards and procedures across four regions.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance across the full outstation estate.
• Lead remediation and lifecycle management of legacy outstation types.
• Set and monitor maintenance performance targets and KPIs.
• Oversee firmware, software and hardware lifecycle management for outstations.
• Lead the Telemetry Maintenance Services team in system support and fault management.
• Manage operation of the National Telemetry System (NTS).
• Coach and develop team members for high performance in delivering telemetry maintenance services.
