Job summary

Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Dublin is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to own the end-to-end recruitment process for software engineering, data science, and product management teams. You will source candidates through multiple channels, conduct initial screens, and manage high-volume requisitions while partnering with hiring managers to align talent with team goals.

• 1+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Represent HMH’s employment value proposition, internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source quality candidates via multiple recruiting channels and techniques, including inbounds, proactive outreach, and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess alignment with role and HMH values.
• Manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high-volume periods, while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their teams and goals.
• Consistently track pipeline, priorities, performance data and other recruiting metrics.
• Think outside the box to create inclusive talent sourcing strategies that align with HMH’s value proposition.
