Ethos, a Dublin-based multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People & Talent team. You will drive full-cycle recruitment across engineering, operations, finance, HR, marketing and leadership roles while partnering with the Talent Acquisition Lead.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in full-cycle in-house recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates across various disciplines and seniority levels.
• Track record managing high-volume recruitment (8+ simultaneous roles) with competing priorities.
• Comfortable working minimum 3 days per week in our Dublin office, flexibility required.
• Technical or engineering recruitment experience (M&E, construction, data centre, pharmaceutical, technical consultancy).

Responsabilités

• Sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry events, and creative channels.
• Screening candidates through conversations that assess capabilities and cultural fit.
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and agencies, conducting reference checks.
• Maintaining our Applicant Tracking System and analysing recruitment data to spot trends.
• Crafting compelling job advertisements and outreach messages for Ethos.
• Implementing sourcing strategies that reach diverse talent pools and reduce agency reliance.
• Representing Ethos at university career fairs and industry events.
• Managing the offer and onboarding process, including paperwork and logistics.
• Collaborating on strategic initiatives like employer branding and recruitment tech.
